We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to join our team and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations with a focus on organization, accountability, and support for field operations.
Position Summary:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining an organized, efficient warehouse environment that supports timely and successful project execution. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping things in order, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of accurate materials handling and logistics in commercial construction operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-labeled warehouse to ensure materials are easily accessible. Stage materials and tools for upcoming projects in coordination with the operations team. Track and log monthly inventory adjustments with accuracy. Monitor and document equipment rentals, ensuring all tools are checked out and returned from job sites on schedule. Receive and ship materials using our operating system, ensuring accurate records and timely updates. Deliver materials to job sites as needed using a company-provided truck (must have a valid driver’s license and meet insurance requirements). Communicate with project managers and field teams to understand material and delivery needs. Support safety and compliance standards within the warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be forklift certified. Must have reliable transportation to the office daily. Must be 18 years or older. • Must pass a background check. Must be legally eligible to drive company vehicles if needed. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be physically able to lift and move materials, operate equipment, and perform warehouse-related duties.
