Job Description:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming used forklifts and material handling equipment according to established procedures. Utilize a warehouse management system (WMS) or spreadsheet software to log and track equipment details (e.g., model, serial number, condition, location). Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including quantity on hand and location assignments. Conduct periodic inventory audits to ensure data accuracy. Assist with preparing equipment for sale (e.g., tagging, photographing). Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Generate reports on inventory levels and movement as needed.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or inventory control environment. Strong computer skills with proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel). Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift moderate weights (up to 50 lbs).
