We are excited to demonstrate our commitment to building the best Customer Service team for all our Customers in the Louisiana market area through the addition of a Customer Inventory and Site Support Specialist. The Customer Inventory and Site Support Specialist will be responsible for Day-to-day interactions with our key customers and friends in the field. This position presents an exciting opportunity to work closely with suppliers and customers, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the success of our organization. How you’ll make an impact: Coordination of materials to include pick-up and delivery of stock to customers sites from various suppliers and warehouses Packaging, loading and unloading of materials in a safe and consistent way Coordination of customer stock levels with VMI & Turnaround manager at multiple sites ensuring that min-max levels are met, the correct material is delivered and stocked, the overall customer location of the material is clean and organized Scan/Replenishment of turnaround and VMI inventory Responsible for maintenance of all bar code labels and tags Maintain DISA status for drug and alcohol testing Attend all mandatory customer site trainings to ensure site drive in status remains in effect Role to include some order entry activities in A3IM business system Willing to learn skills associated with selling the VMI program Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and ensuring timely delivery of products Trouble shooting onsite support issues associated with vending machine inventory solutions Responsible for maintenance and general upkeep of delivery truck to include oil changes
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborating with various teams, including purchasing, logistics, sales, and finance, to ensure smooth operations and effective inventory management Be able to train as a back up support role for cross warehouse functions Skills you’ll need: High School Diploma or

Card Have a valid driver’s license Able to pass and maintain a background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screening Good customer service and communication skills Reliable, organized, detailed, and focused Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products with a focus on Excel Physical requirements: move/push up to 100 lb., lift 50 lb. to load and unload material from pipe rack on delivery truck Desire to learn and use A3IM business system for basic tasks as deemed necessary Ability to learn and use scanner software application Willing to work overtime and weekends if necessary and when on call Here’s what will set you apart: Inventory Management experience Warehouse or distribution center experience
