Must Haves in

Your Management Background and Experience:

5 years MINIMUM Industrial Warehouse Management experience, At least 2 years of leading 10-15 warehouse team members , AND Experience in Optimizing Warehousing and Manufacturing Processes.

REQUIRED SPECIFICS

Warehouse Management and Light Manufacturing Production Control experience to : Lead and Oversee all Warehouse Activities (at least 15,000 sq ft), Ensure Efficient Processes, Maximize Warehouse Productivity, Manage Employee Performance & Adherence to policies, Coordinate Logistical Processes, Ensure the Quality of Value-Added Services (VAS), Prepare Relevant Documentation, and Work Overtime When Necessary to Meet Customer Expectations. Driving Company Vehicles:

These requirements are non-negotiable. You must meet ALL of them to be considered for this job. Must be at least 25 years of age. Driver’s License must be active and current for Louisiana. No international driver’s license accepted. No speeding in excess of 25 mph, reckless driving, or racing violations in last 3 years. No violation for driving without a license in the last 3 years. No more than two At-Fault accidents in the last 5 years. No DUI, DWI, or Vehicular Homicide violations in the last 7 years. Able to pass a pre-employment and ongoing random substance screening (urine analysis and breathalyzer screening) 100% of the time (Zero Tolerance Policy).

Compensation:

$24/ hour with required experience Hourly; Eligible for OT compensation Opportunity for Quarterly Teamwork Bonus Program• that are paid every 3 months. •Bonuses are calculated based on your performance, the team’s performance, and the company’s performance during the 3-month period of time. Bonus rate is based on 35 hours times your hourly rate of pay. It can be more or less than $580 per quarter depending on the calculation of the performance factors.
