Job Overview:

Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse. Schedules and coordinates all stock equipment and materials for Service and Install to complete the process. This includes a variety of tasks that couple with installs, service, and inventory.

Starting Salary:

$70,000 per year

Responsibilities and Duties:

Facility Cleanliness Oversight of facility cleanliness and coordinating with warehouse support to ensure it’s kept clean – trash cans, property, dumpsters, floors, etc. Maintaining dumpster schedules Scrap metal Purchasing & Receiving Purchasing & receiving of all stock material (inventory & consumables) for warehouse and new fleet Setting and maintaining min/max stock levels Ensuring all purchases are documented and received correctly in ServiceTitan Communicating price changes from vendors with Controller and relevant departments Coordinate with vendors on supply chain issues Issuing and ordering all items for initial truck rig out and completing final inspection of new truck once ready as well as notifying HR/Operations vehicle is ready Monthly inventory count on all stocked inventory Job Preparation Job preparation, including receiving equipment & supplies, for all field teams Oversee that generators are broken in by Sheet Metal Fabricator Job specific equipment & materials are labeled and staged Weekend specific items (ex. water heaters) are staged every Friday Returns & Warranties Ensuring parts that need to be returned have been returned and credit received Complete process of receiving, processing and disposing of warranties and managing the return for credits in tandem with the Accounting Specialist Equipment Oversight Responsible for company owned equipment tools & equipment Oversee maintenance schedule on equipment Specialty trailers organized, stocked, and cleaned Onsite equipment & tools Company owned tools across fleet Window units Warehouse Staff Oversight Oversight of warehouse staff & support duties 1:1s Sheet metal production Warehouse runners Make sure all vehicle inspections are completed each month by warehouse support Ensuring “Available Vehicle Checklist” for each open vehicle is completed and returned to the Office Manager Ensuring that other various fleet tasks are completed by the support team as directed by the Office Manager Fleet Management Oversee the driver aspects of fleet, ensuring that all drivers have signed vehicle policy and monitoring harsh driving throughout the day Set up new vehicles Manage Dashcam/GPS platform Samsara Keep up with Fleet spreadsheet with maintenance and insurance/inspections Manage vehicle accidents Keep track of all vehicle keys Complete monthly vehicle inspections with help of warehouse team We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
