The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of industrial maintenance, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing the yard, supervising staff, and maintaining equipment while adhering to safety standards. Responsibilities Supervise daily yard operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols. Lead and train a team of yard staff, providing guidance on best practices and operational procedures. Utilize schematics and tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters for troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment. Oversee the fabrication of components as needed for various projects within the yard. Conduct regular inspections of yard equipment and facilities, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality. Manage inventory levels of materials and supplies, coordinating with suppliers as necessary. Implement low voltage systems maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional development. Requirements Proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of schematics related to yard operations. Experience with voltmeters and ohmmeters for electrical testing. Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams in an industrial setting. Knowledge of low voltage systems and HVAC maintenance is preferred. Ability to fabricate components as required for operational needs. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency in all tasks. Previous experience in industrial maintenance or a related field is highly desirable.
