Essential duties and responsibilities:
Serve as a key administrative support in the warehouse operations team Use portals, Excel, and other software tools to track, update, and report on warehouse activity Manage and maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, inventory, and returns Communicate professionally via email with vendors, carriers, and internal teams Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound freight schedules Ensure documentation and system data align with physical inventory Collaborate with warehouse leadership on daily operations and priorities Provide general administrative support as needed
