The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficient distribution of goods. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of warehouse management practices to maintain smooth operations and meet organizational goals. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Manage inventory control and inventory management processes to maintain optimal stock levels. Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. Supervise warehouse staff Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to manage freight and distribution activities effectively. Skills Proven experience in warehouse management or as a warehouse supervisor. Experience in construction industry Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and best practices in inventory management. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on process improvement. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and other departments.
