• 401k with 4% match Duties Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes.

Implement and maintain effective warehouse management systems to enhance productivity and accuracy. Oversee fleet management, ensuring timely delivery and optimal utilization of transportation resources. Coordinate logistics activities to ensure smooth supply chain operations and timely fulfillment of orders. Train and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices. Manage procurement processes for necessary supplies and equipment to support warehouse functions. Develop strategies for improving operational efficiency and reducing costs within the warehouse. Skills Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain roles. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and software applications. Experience with fleet management practices and principles. Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
