Position Summary:

Based at our Millbury, MA facility with frequent travel to our Worcester, MA headquarters, this position plays a critical role in managing warehouse logistics, maintaining our fleet, supporting project installations, and providing field services across MA, CT, and NH. This is not your typical warehouse role — we’re looking for someone who’s equally comfortable organizing inventory as they are supporting onsite project execution. Primary worksite: 50 Howe Avenue, Millbury, MA 01527 Must commute to Worcester, MA and travel for deliveries or on-site services throughout

MA, CT, and NH Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping Maintain fleet vehicle service schedules and ensure timely inspections Maintain detailed records of fleet usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance logs Prepare, load, and deliver materials and tools to customer job sites across MA, CT, and NH Procure tools, materials, and equipment required for various job tasks Collaborate with the Project Management team to anticipate project needs and utilize warehouse overstock Assist Project Managers with site work such as: Installing foam pipe insulation, faucet aerators, door sweeps, shower heads, power strips, and pre-rinse heads Performing air leak studies and generating reports for the sustainability team Installing and marking EV charging stations, including parking space painting and ADA-compliant signage Using tablets (Keilton app) to commission LED lighting sensors and optimize lighting systems Ensuring proper disposal of on-site trash when required Assist with the setup and breakdown of job sites when additional labor support is needed Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment Uphold safety protocols and ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations

Requirements:

5+ years of warehouse experience Comfortable with hands-on work and field-based installations Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel regionally Strong communication and organizational skills Technically inclined; able to use apps, tablets, and basic tools confidently Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies (more than 50 lbs) Familiarity with energy efficiency products and sustainability practices is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation:

$55,000 per year. 10% performance bonus plan.
