Assistant Warehouse Manager

Location:

Portland, ME

Reports To:

Operations Manager

Pay Range:

$55,000 – $65,000 annually

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day to day warehouse operations
• Oversee the order fulfillment process
• Assist with warehouse and receiving operations
• Daily processing of parcel, LTL, and full load shipments
• Maintain and promote safety initiatives
• Participate with and support trainee processes
• Assist with employee relations
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse supervisor experience preferred
• Strong communication skills required
• Possess strong planning and organizing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and rapidly changing priorities
• Must possess a high level of customer service
