Job Description:

This is the Region Manager position for the Eastern Region. The Region Manager leads the Maintenance and Operations functions of Fleet, Bridge, Traffic, and Highway in the region; coordinates maintenance work with capital projects; responsible for budget and personnel; serves as lead representative with municipal leaders and the public; involved with transportation planning; implements department policies and initiatives in support of agency goals and objectives; ensures the management and direction of daily administration of region activities. The position requires progressive experience in managing programs and leading people. To be minimally qualified for this position candidates must provide evidence of the following experience: Candidates must demonstrate progressive experience in managing programs and leading people.
