Job Description:

As our Site Environmental Health and Safety Manager, you willwork collaboratively with employees to create a strong presence ofsafety to enable the prevention of workplace injuries and illnesseswith activities such as: implementing occupational safety andhealth standards; providing meaningful safety and health trainingthat leads to strong knowledge transfer; and working with partnersto develop innovative programs to prevent workplace hazards. Withyour expertise you will work against workplace health and safetyrisks/hazards and work proactively to minimize and eliminate theserisks. You will lead the environment compliance activities andensure our facility is adhering to regulations. You can also useyour training skills to provide key safety insights and increaseknowledge and understanding across the site. In addition, you caninnovate with us as you inform and influence at all levels andfunctions to ensure that health and safety is a value andcontinuously improved upon. Functional Support Serving as the technical resource forall relevant, plant people safety and environmental complianceareas Process Management Ensuring accurate and timely EHSrecordkeeping, document management and effective case management,as well as preparing, maintaining, and submitting records andreports required by the company and/or regulatory agenciesLeadership As a member of the leadership team, your commitment toour strong presence of safety through your leadership is key.

Leading and working collaboratively the development, review, andrevision of safety and environmental training programs.

Prioritizing the safety and environment initiative and the majorhazards and risks across the site, and ensure actions are taken tomitigate or eliminate risks which includes leading, coordinating,and participating in EHS performance improvement initiativesDelivering Success We believe in the power of our people!
