We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Document Services Specialist. Responsibilities include delivering broad operational support across high-volume document production, mailroom operations, shipping and receiving, and general office functions. The role involves operating duplicating and imaging equipment, overseeing mail processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.

• Pay rate: $18/hr

Responsibilities:

• Operate high-volume copiers, scanners, document imaging systems, and related software
• Perform binding, finishing, and quality control (QC) on printed materials
• Handle digital print and mail reports; apply postage and distribute mail/faxes
• Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment; report technical issues as needed
• Manage supply inventory and usage logs
• Provide basic maintenance, file services, reception, and call center support
• Ship and receive products, sort packages, and distribute deliveries
• Track and report job metrics, service logs, and billing information
• Assist in occasional filing, archiving, and purging of documents
• Ensure copier areas are clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
• May require travel between buildings and occasional weekend or after-hours availability

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of experience in a related role preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, email systems, and basic PC operations
