The Traffic Manager is responsible for overseeing the flow of projects within the organization, ensuring that deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently. This role involves coordinating between various teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity. This is a fully remote, estimated at 40 hours per week (hours can vary), through 12/31/2025 with the potential to extend into 2026. Key Responsibilities Manage project timelines and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate with project managers and team leads to allocate resources effectively.
Oversee the traffic of projects through the various stages of production.
Communicate updates and potential issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Utilize project management software such as Workfront to track project progress and manage workloads. Qualifications Proven experience as a Traffic Manager or in a similar project management role.
Must be proficient with Workfront.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, particularly Workfront.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
