Responsibilities Include:

Provide strategic warehouse management to accomplish revenue and growth goals in accordance with organizational vision. Ensure operational effectiveness in all facets of warehouse management (supervision, organization, direction, training) to meet or exceed customer expectations. Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics. Manage warehouse plan to maximize manning, equipment assignment, space availability, and work execution. Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external customers on warehouse practices for receipt, storage, delivery, and accountability. Maintain a safe work environment in compliance with all organizational policies and State and Federal regulations/requirements. Ensure strict adherence to inventory control and quality assurance.

Requirements Include:

• Four-year degree in a logistics or supply chain discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience
• 5+ years of experience in the storage and shipping of hazardous materials domestically and internationally
• Excellent organizational and process creation skills
• Advanced skills with WMS, Excel, and MS Office software.
• Outstanding skills in leadership.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
