This role is responsible for all inventory control and stock levels to guarantee that supplies are available for manufacturing or distribution when needed. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervising employees in the programs, operational policies and procedures while coordinating the distribution of supplies.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Following all safety guidelines directs the loading and unloading for all shipments and moves product to storage locations. Procure materials, supplies, and equipment necessary for production. Monitor supply chain to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency. Develop and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost effectiveness. Utilize computer software to accurately track inventory, orders, and shipments. Evaluate and implement new materials sourcing opportunities to improve cost and supply chain efficiency. Oversee the storage of all products, materials and the merchandise in the appropriate area. Direct personnel on timely shipping. Direct and ensure that all inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Oversee that all employees perform picking duties in an efficient manner meeting customer standards. Interface with inventory control personnel. Supervise shipping, UPS and warehouse staff Interface effectively with customer service and logistic personal to coordinate orders.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS
