Delivery Coordinator Faith Brothers Enterprise 2090 Angelia M Street, Fayetteville, NC 28312 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Drivers / Delivery Helpers to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the delivery of goods and services, ensuring that products are loaded, unloaded, and delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and experience in delivery or warehouse operations. Responsibilities Delivery Driver will operate the Box Truck ensure that the truck has fuel and DEF preform a pre and post inspection. Report to management any delays or infractions. Assist the Delivery Driver with loading and unloading items from the vehicle. Ensure that all packages are handled with care to prevent damage during transit. Help navigate delivery routes efficiently to meet scheduled timelines. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the warehouse and during deliveries. Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling packages. Experience Previous experience as a Delivery Driver/ Delivery Helper, or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with driving box trucks or vans is advantageous. Experience in moving or warehouse environments is a plus. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to lift heavy packages and perform physical tasks as required. A valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory for this position.
