Job Summary:

USA Flooring is seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Warehouse Manager to join our growing team. This individual will oversee warehouse operations, ensure efficient inventory management, maintain a clean and safe work environment, assist with deliveries, and help unload incoming shipments. The ideal candidate will have forklift certification (or be willing to become certified) and possess basic computer skills to use our inventory management system.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing flooring materials Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Assist with deliveries to local flooring jobs as needed Unload flooring materials from trucks and verify shipment contents Use company software to receive and track inventory accurately Communicate effectively with team members, installers, and customers Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to lift and move heavy materials (50+ lbs) Basic computer skills; ability to learn and use our inventory system Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Previous warehouse or flooring industry experience a plus Dependable and self-motivated with a team-first attitude
