Summary We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team at DS Group Holdings. In this role, you will oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes while implementing best practices for inventory management. Your leadership will be key in supporting our mission to provide exceptional service to our customers. Primary Responsibilities Supervise a team of up to 4 warehouse personnel, overseeing daily operations and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with Fleet and tool Manager to inspect equipment and/or tools that have been reported as damaged to determine if repairable. Inform office when new tools are necessary. Oversee tool distribution and coordinating tool cycle counts. Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of buildings, as well as grounds to ensure legal requirements and safety standards. Assist with organizing the warehouse and labeling where items are stored. Manage storage efficiently. Identify and present process improvement opportunities. Capability to implement. Embrace and drive change which results in greater effectiveness and efficiency of work. Proven ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently; must demonstrate a high level of skill and adherence to safety protocols. Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR); must also pass background check and drug screening. 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles, with a strong understanding of logistics and inventory control. Exceptional housekeeping habits and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to anticipate operational needs and act without constant supervision. Accurate data entry skills, particularly for processing and managing packing slips and related inventory documentation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; responsive and professional in interactions with both internal teams and external customers. Familiarity with electrical equipment and concepts is a plus. Must be physically capable of exerting force to maneuver and lift up to 75 pounds unassisted on a regular basis. Willingness to travel and deploy to project sites as needed on an ad hoc basis. This should be rare with proper management of the inventory and warehouse. Ability to work in varied weather conditions, including extreme heat in the summer and cold in the winter. Requirements Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in logistics or supply chain management. Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes. Experience with inventory management systems and logistics software. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement.
