Project Manager – Tech Fulfillment Center (763464) 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Whitsett, NC Project Manager – Tech Fulfilment Center (759921) We are currently seeking a highly dynamic Project Manager to join our Global Fortune 500 Tech Client in their US Fulfillment, Services and Manufacturing Center in Whitsett, NC (between Greensboro/Burlington). NA PMO responsible for leading the successful execution of projects in accordance with quality standards ensuring client satisfaction. Pivotal role maintaining effective communication between clients, internal teams (Delivery, Sales and Fulfillment. Job Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals. Foster a collaborative and positive project team culture. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, process flows, timelines, and resource allocation, considering project complexities and potential challenges. Provide strong leadership to project teams, motivating and guiding them to meet project milestones, while delivering high quality results. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular project updates. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues and implementing resolution strategies to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and policies, aligned with PMO Governance and Compliance guidelines. Qualifications (MUST HAVE) Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field. Proven experience (7+ years) in a customer-facing project manager role managing complex IT projects from initiation to closure. PMP, or equivalent project management certification. Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. Self-motivated and proactive. Experience working with diverse and cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications Experience with MS Teams, Dynamics 365 Experience with third party collaboration and sub-contracted projects. Pay Details:
