TBD Role Summary:

We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Assistant Warehouse Manager to help oversee daily warehouse operations and the delivery team based in Charlotte. This hands-on role supports the start-of-day shift setup, prepares outbound deliveries, ensures inventory accuracy, and may occasionally support deliveries or merchandising in the field.

Responsibilities:

Start each shift by preparing transfer paperwork and pulling products for daily deliveries Assist in supervising warehouse staff and delivery drivers to ensure smooth, timely operations as well as creating a positive work enviornment Conduct accurate and regular physical inventories to support logistics and sales Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Provide support for local deliveries and in-store merchandising as needed Assist the logistics team with load sheets, POs, and employee training Utilize Encompass for invoicing Communicate closely with our logistics and operations teams to resolve any issues quickly

Qualifications:

Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations as a lead or manager Comfortable with inventory systems and basic computer use Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to assist with deliveries Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
