This includes coordinating all aspects of the vehicle delivery, such as preparing paperwork, conducting vehicle inspections, and ensuring all required documentation is complete. The coordinator also ensures that the car is thoroughly cleaned, fueled, and ready for the customer, while providing them with a comprehensive walkthrough of the vehicle’s features. Additionally, they may communicate with other departments, such as sales and finance, to resolve any last-minute details, ensuring the customer has a smooth, positive delivery experience.
