Our Food/Beverage Manufacturing client is currently seeking a

WAREHOUSE MANAGER

near Wilmington, NC. This job will have the following responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment in a food manufacturing environment. Manage receiving, storage, rotation, and shipping of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Train staff on safety procedures, SQF standards, allergen handling, and proper use of PPE and equipment. Supervise warehouse, shipping, and temporary staff; enforce company policies consistently. Maintain organized, clean storage areas and dock space through daily walk-throughs and housekeeping standards. Monitor and resolve inventory discrepancies through cycle counts, spot checks, and system audits. Track slow-moving inventory and ensure proper rotation; communicate shortages and issues promptly. Ensure shipping accuracy by verifying orders, inspecting hold items, and documenting damaged goods. Coordinate equipment inspections, repairs, and usage to meet daily operational goals. Prepare and submit reports, forms, and inventory logs accurately and on time. Identify and correct operational issues using root cause analysis and continuous improvement methods. Support production around the clock and ensure food safety or quality concerns are escalated appropriately.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors Degree or 2 years of Supervising experience within a warehouse Food/Bev Manufacturing experience highly preferred WMS experience preferred Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Access Min 2 years of overall warehouse experience is desired Able to climb and work overhead as well as stand, bend and squat.
