Warehouse & Equipment Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Warehouse & Equipment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, equipment, and vehicle fleet. This role is critical in ensuring our field crews are fully supported with well-maintained tools, reliable vehicles, and properly stocked materials such as epoxies, paint, and sundries. The ideal candidate has experience in strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Organization & Inventory Management:

Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse space as well as basic maintenance in the office area. Track and manage inventory levels of materials including epoxies, sundries, safety supplies, and tools. Ordering weekly sundry supplies from vendors. Receive and verify deliveries; inspect for damage or discrepancies. Implement labeling, shelving, and stock rotation systems. Coordinate with project manager and field supervisor on inventory supply and discrepancies.

Equipment & Vehicle Maintenance:

Schedule/perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on flooring equipment (grinders, vacuums, generators, mixers) and painting tools (sprayers, compressors, etc.). Manage equipment check-in/check-out procedures. Maintain and schedule repairs or inspections for company vehicles. Keep accurate maintenance logs for all equipment and vehicles.

Logistics & Field Support:

Prepare and stage equipment and materials for daily field use. Assist with loading/unloading materials to and from job sites. Coordinate with the Field Supervisor and Foremen to ensure daily project readiness.

Administrative & Computer Tasks:

Use basic computer tools (Excel, email, inventory tracking) for logging materials, tracking repairs, and scheduling. Tracking and submitting expense reports. Communicate clearly via email or messaging platforms with internal teams. Submit supply and repair orders in coordination with the production team.

Qualifications:
Required:

3+ years in a warehouse, construction, or field equipment environment. Clean background and drug test Mechanical aptitude for maintaining flooring/polishing and painting equipment. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, inventory software). Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and operate forklifts/pallet jacks.

Preferred:

Prior experience in the flooring, coatings, or painting industry. Familiarity with epoxy and concrete polishing equipment. OSHA certification or forklift certification is a plus.

Speak English and Spanish Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail and organization. Proactive problem solver. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Range (U.S. market): $20/hr Based on experience, certifications, and industry knowledge.
