What You’ll Do:

Oversee all aspects of daily warehouse operations to ensure optimal efficiency, safety, and productivity. Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates and supervisors to achieve performance and operational goals. Monitor inventory levels, and manage the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials. Design and implement process improvements to enhance workflow, reduce costs, and support scalability. Ensure full compliance with company policies and all applicable safety regulations. Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to support seamless operations. Maintain accurate documentation, including inventory records, operational logs, and performance reports. Oversee the staging of materials for dispatch and ensure timely readiness for outgoing shipments. Conduct daily material audits and spot checks to verify inventory accuracy and maintain data integrity. Manage system updates for inventory control, including item serialization and location tracking. Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments by scheduling delivery dates and managing freight logistics. Allocate delivery routes and schedules for dispatch teams, ensuring efficiency and timely execution. Act as a direct supervisor for drivers and dispatchers, approving schedules and providing operational guidance. Maintain and oversee the warehouse management database to ensure accurate, real-time data entry and reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role Strong understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and safety standards Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team culture Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
