Automotive Parts Warehouse Manager Capital Ford Raleigh 4900 Capital Boulevard, Raleigh, NC 27616 Join our team! We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced automotive warehouse manager to lead our warehouse operations at Capital Ford in Raleigh, NC. In this key role, you’ll ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations—overseeing inventory management, team performance, and order fulfillment. What you’ll be doing: Operations management
- oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing automotive parts. Team leadership
- supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to drive performance, teamwork, and safety compliance. Inventory control
- maintain accurate inventory records, conduct audits, and ensure stock levels meet business needs. Order fulfillment
- ensure timely and accurate order processing to meet customer expectations. Safety compliance
- enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse. Logistics coordination
- work with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize deliveries and minimize costs. Performance tracking
- monitor and report on key metrics to drive continuous improvement. What we’re looking for Experience
- 3-5 years in warehouse management, preferably in the automotive industry. Education
- associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.
