PSID Group is a high-end event production company specializing in lighting, staging, scenic, and audiovisual installations for South Florida’s most exclusive events. Our warehouse is the core of our operation—fast-paced, technically demanding, and constantly evolving. We’re seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager with strong logistics and inventory management experience to lead this critical part of our team. Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Inventory Oversee all warehouse operations: receiving, storing, staging, and checking in/out equipment for events Implement and maintain check-in/check-out systems to prevent loss or misplacement Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and optimized for space and workflow Ensure equipment is maintained, repaired, and event-ready at all times Logistics & Fleet Coordination Manage truck loading/unloading and coordinate delivery schedules Assign drivers and verify all transportation logistics are covered Track DOT compliance, truck inspection schedules, and driver records Coordinate sub-rentals and vendor pickups when needed Team & Safety Management Supervise and support the warehouse team; assign and oversee daily responsibilities Approve PTO requests and manage weekly labor schedules Oversee all OSHA requirements and ensure full safety compliance across operations Conduct or coordinate safety training sessions for all warehouse personnel Enforce and document safety procedures and incident protocols Promote a safety-focused culture with clear accountability and standards Seasonal Workload Expectations During slower months (summer), the focus shifts to: Inventory audits Equipment maintenance Warehouse reorganization Safety inspections and compliance updates During peak months, expect longer hours and fast-paced, time-sensitive logistics Qualifications operations management Experience supervising warehouse teams Familiarity with AV, staging, or event rental equipment strongly preferred Knowledge of OSHA compliance, warehouse safety, and staff training Experience coordinating with drivers and managing truck logistics Clean driving record preferred Spanish fluency required
Schedule Monday-Friday:
8:00 AM – 5:00
PM Saturday:
8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (during peak seasons) Flexibility required for occasional weekend or after-hours event needs
