About the role We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail and team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role requires strong leadership, operational agility, and a proactive approach to managing both planned and unplanned warehouse activities. This is a full time, exempt role that will report to the COO or designee. What you’ll do Oversee daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, and shipping; Overall management of warehouse staff: hiring, daily/weekly/monthly work schedules and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime; Conduct employee performance review processes and develop staff as applicable; Meet regularly with warehouse staff and management to support leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention; Oversee and manage communication and workflow of drivers transporting products to/from the warehouse to ensure efficient delivery of packages; Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programs Implement and monitor warehouse security procedures and protocols; Control inventory by conducting physical counts to reconcile with storage data systems; Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse, including the regular inspection of equipment, tools, and machinery; Build and maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Qualifications 5-10 years of warehouse experience and 3+ years in a warehouse manager or similar position; Experience in logistics, warehouse management and overseeing a growing team; OSHA certified; Proficiency in warehousing best practices; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail; Generating, maintaining and updating warehouse SOPs compliant with federal, state and local warehousing requirements; Proficiency using a PC or Mac and Windows software (word, excel, etc.) or Google Workspace including Docs, Sheets, Gmail and Meet; Licensed forklift operator (hoisting license also required).
