This is a first shift, direct hire opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys a collaborative environment and has expereince with Leading, organizing, production planning, material handling, warehouse logistics and working with vendors. You’ll work closely with the team, Logistics Coordinator, Sales, and other team members to ensure our product is built and shipped with precision and care.

Lead in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse/production area Operate overhead cranes and sit-down forklifts to safely move materials throughout the two work areas onsite. Plan and coordinate with external vendors on site and outside contractors for the finishing installations in charge of your dept staging, wrapping, and prepare finished product for long-haul shipping Lead and supervise a small team and onsite contractors working onsite. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Support logistics, sales, and ownership in many ways

Qualifications:

Proven experience Leading a warehouse with a production environment Must be a forward thinker, planner, scheduler Forklift and experience with overhead cranes needed excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed Manage a small crew of warehouse staff Good references, solid work history, and long-term employment goals Must pass a background check and drug screening Must be able to learn and understand company specific computer system The essential functions of this role include:manual lifting up to 50lbsSkillsMaterials ManagementExcel
