Warehouse Manager New Outlooks Construction 1171 Us Highway 130, Robbinsville, NJ 08691 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient warehouse processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and optimizing distribution operations. The Warehouse Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and achieve operational goals. The Warehouse Manager should be highly organized, should have forklift experience, and knowledge of construction materials. Responsibilities Operate forklift to load/unload and move materials safely. Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials. Inspect deliveries upon arrival. Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and layout. Assist with order/restocking when needed. Coordinate with field crews to ensure timely access to materials & timely delivery of materials to job sites. Pick-up materials from suppliers. Assist with truck/vehicle maintenance. Experience Proven experience in warehouse management or as a warehouse supervisor in a distribution center environment. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of construction materials is preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
