Warehouse Manager (Chinese -bilingual)
Location :
Avenel, New Jersey On-Site Job Responsibilities 1. Oversee daily operations of the cloud warehouse and interface with China-US e-commerce systems. 2. Optimize warehouse processes (picking, packaging, and shipping) to enhance operational efficiency. 3. Ensure compliance with U.S. regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, OSHA). 4. Lead a bilingual team to achieve KPI targets. Job Requirements 1 Preference will be given to candidates residing in the U.S. 2. 3+ years of experience in 3PL warehouse management (cross-border e-commerce experience is a plus). 3. Fluency in both English and Chinese (certification of CET-6, TEM-8, or equivalent English proficiency tests required). 4. Working knowledge of U.S. labor laws and warehouse safety regulations.

$70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
