AUTOMOTIVE DELIVERY COORDINATOR PERFORMANCE FORD OF SOMERVILLE

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Delivery Coordinator. As a Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the delivery process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule deliveries to ensure on-time arrival at customer locations
• Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues
• Collaborate with the sales team to manage inventory control and ensure accurate product availability
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking information and customer signatures
• Assist in resolving any delivery-related problems or discrepancies
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the delivery process
• Collaborate with outside sales representatives to coordinate delivery logistics
• Conduct sales management activities, such as negotiating delivery terms and pricing
