Your Opportunity with Us We are seeking a Product Implementation Manager to lead the charge on client onboarding, technical integrations, and streamlined execution across a rapidly growing portfolio of employer groups. In this high-impact role, you’ll be the driving force behind new client implementations, owning the end-to-end onboarding experience and ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination. Your work will directly influence our clients’ first impressions and long-term satisfaction. As our Company scaled, you’ll be in the driver’s seat in building and shaping the future of the Product Implementation Team; from assessing resource needs and defining team structure, to mentoring and guiding teammates as we evolve. This is a highly collaborative role that works closely with senior leaders across the organization, turning vision into action and making a real difference every step of the way. Foundations for Success A strong intellectual curiosity and commitment to learning, with a focus on understanding the “why” behind our products, clients, and business strategy. At least 5 years of progressive experience in a mid to senior-level client onboarding, implementation, or technical project management, with a proven track record of driving results. Skilled communicator with the proven ability to connect with clients, collaborate with technical teams, and present effectively to executive stakeholders. Demonstrated aptitude to lead several high-impact projects simultaneously, driving alignment across diverse cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical thinking with a proven capacity to manage complex, nuanced client needs.
