ACCOUNT MANAGER, DISTRIBUTION DIVISION

We are seeking a driven Account Manager to join our Wholesale Division and build strong relationships with wholesale distributors, contractors, and kitchen & bath showrooms. Immersed in our design-focused Flatiron showroom, this role blends sales and service – translating brand value into tailored solutions for a wide range of projects. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with efficiency. While most communication will take place via phone and email, in-person visits are encouraged when needed to support key accounts. Proactively pursue new customers and business opportunities Build and maintain long-term client relationships Communicate with clients clearly and promptly via phone and email Collaborate with distributors, contractors, and showrooms to identify needs and recommend solutions Recommend products based on design, technical, or budget requirements Create and manage estimates and sales orders in SAP Follow up on open quotes and convert them into orders Full service your accounts, from initial estimate through delivery and payment Build deep product knowledge across our product portfolio through vendor communication & training Provide support to fellow Account Managers Stay current on industry trends, certifications, and project requirements Contribute to the visibility and growth of the company brand

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field Familiarity with SAP is a plus; training will be provided Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Plumbing industry experience is a plus
