This is a full time in person job in Staten Island, New York! Your Job & The Team You’ll Build You’ll report right to the Founder and CEO in Staten Island, NYC. Your main job is to set up and run our new in-house Print Shop from the very beginning. This is a huge role with massive potential for impact as an early leader. You’ll pick the equipment, hire the team, create the processes, and oversee making thousands of custom items (like hats and flags) every day. You’ll focus on top quality, doing things efficiently, managing costs well, and helping us grow fast, with significant autonomy and opportunity for growth.
