Join a global, growth-driven manufacturing company as their new Sales & Distribution Manager. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering a competitive base salary, commission, and the chance to work with a highly respected brand in the industrial and electronic components industry. In this key role, you’ll drive channel sales growth by developing and managing relationships with distribution partners, analyzing sales data, implementing training strategies, and improving distributor performance.

Sales & Distribution Manager Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strategic relationships with existing distribution partners—at both branch and corporate levels. Analyze distributor sales performance, identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities; report actionable insights to leadership. Develop and deliver product and sales strategy training to distributors (virtual and in-person). Support product and marketing teams during new product introductions, including training, stocking strategies, and messaging. Identify underperforming and high-potential distributors; implement performance improvement strategies.

Sales & Distribution Manager Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in sales, distribution/channel management, or marketing—ideally in electronic components or industrial manufacturing. Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Excel; strong data analysis skills. Strong relationship-building and presentation skills. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (25

  • 35%).
