Warehouse Manager The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including managing inventory, organizing material for field crews, receiving deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. This position plays a key role in supporting our installation teams by ensuring the right materials are in the right place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and check in deliveries Operate forklift to unload trucks and move materials Track and manage inventory across 15+ installation trucks using Sortly Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records using Excel , Microsoft Office , and Scoop (project coordination platform) Communicate with field crews and office staff to ensure daily needs are met Organize job-specific material staging for efficient field deployment Monitor tool condition, coordinate repairs, and restock supplies Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Assist with occasional delivery runs as needed

Experience & Skills Preferred:

Warehouse or logistics experience preferred Forklift operation experience (certification a plus) Strong organizational and communication skills Basic computer skills, including Excel and familiarity with inventory software Experience with Sortly , Scoop , or similar platforms a plus Ability to lift heavy objects and operate power tools This is a full-time, year-round position.
