Job Description
Warehouse Manager AHU Technologies Inc National Hill, PA 15031 The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations and driving year-over-year sales growth through effective inventory management, customer engagement, and strategic planning. This role requires leadership in managing warehouse personnel, collaborating with sales teams, and coordinating with suppliers. Key responsibilities include developing annual business plans, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute an annual business plan focused on warehouse growth Select and promote warehouse products based on market trends and customer demand Prepare and deliver quotes for stock and shop stock projects to customers Update and manage warehouse catalog and product listings Maintain up-to-date pricing in coordination with the outside sales team Analyze market trends to ensure price competitiveness and product relevance Create and implement strategies to achieve warehouse sales targets Communicate with warehouse manufacturers to align inventory with business needs Conduct regular inventory counts and manage stock levels to optimize inventory turns Oversee building maintenance and ensure safety and cleanliness standards Lead and manage warehouse staff, ensuring work is completed efficiently and accurately Supervise vehicle maintenance for all warehouse transport needs
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required College degree preferred Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role Industry knowledge in HVAC or related sectors preferred
Special Requirements:
Valid driver’s license may be required Ability to lift and move heavy items occasionally Willingness to work extended hours when necessary
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organizational and planning skills Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management best practices Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy Comfortable with data entry and basic analysis Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team

Work Environment:
