This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, hands-on professional to support excellence across departments and ensure efficient, top-tier service to our customers. Key Responsibilities Monitor domestic order fulfillment and maintain effective communication with vendors to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Keep up-to-date on shipping carriers, routes and rates and any changes to them. Work with Operations Management to resolve problems concerning transportation, shipments and receiving. Keep track of quality and quantity of stock levels. Monitor delivery times and transport costs to optimize efficiency. Coordinate daily inventory and distribution operations. Maintain the shop supply inventory count program in alignment by the accounting, purchasing and scheduling departments. Update product inventory records as new stock is received and processed. Supervise daily shipping operations, including coaching, training, and performance oversight of shipping staff. Manage and maintain all outside inventory locations. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 3 to 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be forklift certified and have forklift training. PA license a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Experience handling multiple tasks, priorities, and timelines with a proactive attitude. Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and management principles Ability to manage, coach, and provide training for direct reports Pay and Hours This is an exempt position with a salary range between $70,000 to $85,000, depending on level of skills, knowledge and years of experience. The Warehouse and Shipping Department operate on a 5-day, 8-hour work schedule, Monday through Friday.
