Summary We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team at Natural Pack Inc. This role is crucial in overseeing our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and supporting our distribution efforts. The Warehouse Manager will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to quality service as we continue to grow. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Manage inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels. Coordinate transportation planning and logistics for timely product delivery. Implement and maintain warehouse management systems for improved productivity. Collaborate with other departments to support demand planning and production schedules. Supervise staff in dispatching and materials management activities. Evaluate and optimize transportation management systems to enhance performance. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics roles. Strong understanding of inventory control principles and practices. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and transportation management software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Effective communication skills for collaboration across teams.
