Manage and give daily guidance and direction to the Shipping & Receiving Associates in campus environment. Adheres to all vendor compliance requirements for

Extensive client interaction with primary focus of achieving and surpassing client service goals. Prepare and distribute accurate monthly reports. Handle all materials received in the Shipping & Receiving [receive, review, receipt, document, process, prepare, identify, separate, deliver, transport, etc.]. Physically distribute mail and Courier packages by cart, dolly or hand truck to and from various departments throughout the building/campus. Maintains efficient workflow by holding direct reports accountable for quality and efficiency of their work while meeting quality and deadline standards by the effective use of job scheduling practices. Create and manage succession plans for all areas of responsibility. Ensure adherence to business guidelines, safety & security procedures Keep client and Area Operations manager informed daily of operational efficiencies and potential problems. Must demonstrate leadership qualities while resolving interpersonal conflicts and nurturing team work among the teams. standards as outlined in our QMS manual as well as our company’s quality policy and objectives. • Ensures effective QMS oversight f – this will include review and implementation of current and new processes and procedures as per ISO 9001 and corporate procedures. Qualifications for Warehouse Manager Education & Certification o High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred. o Current forklift / reach truck certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days). o OSHA 10 (or higher) safety certification and/or

auditor training a plus. Experience o 5+ years of progressive warehouse or distribution center experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role within a multi building or campus environment. o Hands on background in Shipping & Receiving, mailroom logistics, vendor compliance programs, and courier/parcel management. o Demonstrated success leading teams through KPI driven performance management, succession planning, and continuous improvement projects. o Proven record of maintaining or implementing

compliant Quality Management Systems. Technical Skills o Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for tracking inventory, scheduling, and producing monthly reports. o Comfortable analyzing departmental cost trends and preparing data driven recommendations to improve value. o Knowledge of material handling equipment, safe lifting techniques, and job scheduling best practices. Leadership & Communication o Strong coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution abilities; able to cultivate a collaborative, high performance culture. o Excellent verbal and written communication skills for daily client interaction and cross functional coordination. o Capable of setting clear, measurable goals, delivering constructive feedback, and completing timely performance appraisals. Operational & Safety Competence o Expert understanding of OSHA, DOT, and corporate safety/security standards with a commitment to a zero incident environment. o Ability to identify workflow bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, and maintain service level agreements. o Track record of ensuring full compliance with vendor requirements and corporate policies. Physical & Administrative Requirements o Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs; frequent use of carts, dollies, and pallet jacks. o Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
