Warehouse Manager Everdry Pittsburgh 1568 Mars Evans City Road, Evans City, PA 16033 Everdry Pittsburgh is looking for positive, self-driven individual to join our team as a Shop manager. The shop manager is someone who both enjoys helping others and has an eye for organization . Everdry Waterproofing warranties their projects for the life of the home. We need someone who is friendly, understanding, and professional on the phone and wants to be the difference in providing our customers with a calming experience on the phone. When all customers are serviced, the shop is yours! Make it your domain! Organize, Clean, Streamline! This position is a mix between office staff, management of the warehouse, and service liaison. The proper candidate recognizes the success of the office, the service department, and the production department. This success depends on the organization, thoroughness, and care they display every day.
Responsibilities:
Answer calls from homeowners Determine the proper department to forward each call. Answer questions regarding simple service issues. Schedule (and reschedule) service inspections and service installations. Write out service issues for the service manager. Organize and maintain all inventory and Truck Inspections. Keep the garage, office exterior, and inner service office clean and organized. Maintain the landscaping around the office. Control the dump and waste of materials.
