Warehouse Manager Position Available In Lancaster, Pennsylvania

The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Manager is to support company operations by supporting Production, Order Fulfillment and Administrative functions in the business, as directed by Plant Management.

Responsible for:

• Leading cheese cut and wrap team to fill cheese cut orders based on incoming PO’s
• Partnering with Office Manager to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assisting customers with loading orders by hand, with a pallet jack or a forklift.
• Ensuring that proper food safety practices are followed when in the plant.
• Supporting administrative needs by performing miscellaneous tasks and picking up company orders.
• Monitoring inventory levels as they relate to production and operations and reorder as needed
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to be detail oriented and accurately count, measure and document.
• Ability to learn how to operate plant equipment is required.
• Willingness to manage schedule to support the production processes as needed,
• Ability to repeatedly lift at crates and cases weighing up to 50 lbs. throughout the day
• Detail-oriented approach and a high degree of ownership for designated areas of responsibility
• Ability to multitask and juggle competing tasks as a key member of the Oasis team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with good customer service skills
• Previous dairy plant experience is a plus, but not required

$23.00 – $25.00 per hour
