Role:

We’re seeking a hands-on, detail-obsessed Shipping & Fulfillment Manager to lead our warehouse operations. You’ll be responsible for everything from receiving and inspecting goods to prepping wholesale orders and managing inventory. You’ll be our final quality check before garments reach stores, and a key player in our next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive inbound shipments; inspect, tag, and repackage goods Generate barcodes, compare shipping prices, and coordinate insurance Prepare and process outgoing orders (wholesale and direct-to-consumer) Use 3PL systems and/or shipping platforms to manage inventory and print labels Handle returns, exchanges, and customer support issues related to orders Ensure high standards of presentation: steam, fold, polybag, and label items as needed Maintain inventory accuracy and cleanliness of the warehouse Collaborate with merchandising and sales teams to prep market samples Take ownership of order timeliness and customer satisfaction

Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years in shipping/logistics or fulfillment (fashion/apparel preferred) Experience with 3PL solutions, Shopify, Amazon FBA, or similar platforms Familiar with barcode generation and inventory management systems Meticulous attention to detail; care about how things look and arrive Comfortable lifting boxes, organizing stock, and standing on your feet Proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented Bonus if you’ve handled international shipments or worked with wholesale accounts
