Position Summary:

We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Cornhole Tournament Facilitators and Yard Game Rental Managers. This flexible side gig involves organizing cornhole tournaments and delivering yard game rentals for both private and corporate events. The role is perfect for those with an interest in event planning and active lifestyles. Events are flexible, scheduled between 8 AM and 10 PM, any day of the week. Ideal for individuals with flexible schedules. Qualifications •

REQUIRED

•: Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and registration. Owns a mid-size SUV or similar vehicle for transporting equipment. A 10×10 protected storage space for equipment. Willingness to list your home address for Google My Business purposes. Flexible schedule for deliveries throughout the week. Interest or background in event planning, recreation, leisure, or related fields. Passion for outdoor games and creating community-focused events. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Availability to work evenings and weekends based on event schedules. Previous experience in event coordination, yard games, or coaching is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in organizing and running cornhole tournaments. Manage game setup, delivery, and teardown. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a smooth experience. Ensure all games and equipment are clean, safe, and well-maintained, and handle minor repairs when necessary. Follow safety guidelines and ensure all activities are conducted safely. Track and organize inventory to ensure the right equipment is available for each event.

What We Offer:

Flexible, part-time work with hours ranging from 8 AM to 11 PM, Monday to Sunday. Hours vary from 5 to 25 hours per week, based on season and location.
