Position Overview We’re hiring a Class B Distribution Manager to lead our restaurant distribution and wholesale operations . In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee warehouse processes, manage restaurant accounts, and ensure smooth, on-time deliveries. You’ll work closely with leadership and team members across departments to keep operations running like clockwork — all while providing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Client & Distribution Management Serve as the main point of contact for restaurant clients, providing outstanding service Grow wholesale and restaurant account base through outreach and relationship building Coordinate deliveries, route planning, and fulfillment accuracy Work directly with clients for custom orders, events, and special requests Warehouse & Inventory Oversight Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, and loading Supervise stock organization, case stacking, and replenishment to sales floor Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and margins for restaurant accounts Assist in ordering products and working with vendors for best deals and availability Fleet & Logistics Management Oversee fleet maintenance, cleanliness, and readiness for safe deliveries Ensure delivery schedules and routes are optimized for efficiency Uphold safety protocols and compliance with OSHA and company standards Team Leadership & Development Lead and delegate to warehouse staff and drivers with clarity and enthusiasm Foster a collaborative, high-energy work culture Work closely with the General Manager and Warehouse Manager on strategy and support Administrative & Customer Service Support Track warehouse performance metrics and identify improvement areas Resolve client issues or complaints with professionalism and urgency Support other store departments when needed to maintain smooth operations

What We’re Looking For Warehouse/Distribution Experience:

Background in warehouse management, logistics, or distribution required

Leadership Skills:

Experience supervising teams and delegating tasks effectively

Strong Communication:

Able to work across departments and with diverse teams

Organized & Detail-Oriented:
