Our District Manager will:
Daily Check-Ins with Site Supervisors Travel to remote sites for routine/ consistent check-ins Demonstrate excellent customer service through consistent, routine check-ins Engage in routine problem-solving to navigate customer requests and workload fluctuations Analyze Profit and Loss Statements Provide coaching, training, and support to site level management Consult with site supervisors about how to manage workflow and how to optimize production Assist with Operation Procedures (Ex. Start of Day, Payroll, End of Day Form) Holding Site Supervisors accountable Help with new process/requirement roll-outs Conduct/assist with interviews Support New Site Startups Collaborate with the Corporate Office on projects
Requirements:
