Lead OSP Technician Position Available In Edgefield, South Carolina

Job Description We’re seeking a Project Lead to oversee the delivery of complex infrastructure projects, including inside and outside plant work, for a major data center expansion. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, technical knowledge in fiber optics, and a polished, professional presence. You’ll be the face of the project — managing teams, timelines, and client relationships. What You’ll Do + Lead delivery teams of Inside and Outside Plant Technicians + Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact + Oversee project execution, quality control, and adherence to timelines + Ensure EHS compliance and manage escalation communications + Support installation of fiber optics, splicing, and related infrastructure What You Bring + 2+ years of leadership experience in data center or telecom infrastructure + Strong communication, organization, and client-facing skills + Ability to manage multiple projects and mentor team members + Experience with fiber installation and splicing + Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background , drug, and MVR screenings Nice to Have + Confined space training or experience + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience + Familiarity with project planning, contracts, and escalation management Why Apply? + Be part of a major data center expansion project + On-the-job training and leadership development + Contract-to-long-term placement + Competitive pay with overtime and raise potential as projects grow + Join a team that values integrity, professionalism, and growth Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $30.00/hr.
