We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex projects. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of application technology solutions, aligning with our strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a clear understanding of business needs and that the implemented technology meets these needs and expectations.
Consult with our client’s leadership and customers on solution options and vendor product selection.
Collaborate with channel leadership to budget and prioritize development and maintenance project engagements.
Develop a high-level understanding of scope and feasibility of technical solutions with Business System Analysts and Solution Architects.
Oversee product planning, delivery, release management, and deployment.
Lead all design and development aspects of projects, ensuring standards, procedures, and methodologies are followed.
Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
Strong analytical, communication, creativity, customer service, and decision-making skills.
Experience working with business application owners and development teams.
Proven track record of implementing quality guidelines, standards, and procedures.
Experience interfacing with external software design and development vendors.
Experience managing Agile/Scrum projects and delivering mid-to-large web/enterprise applications.
Technical experience in Microsoft .NET or SAP application development.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Additional Details:
We are specifically looking for candidates with advanced (6-9 years) experience in delivery on complex/scaled projects. The primary skill required for this role is Engagement Management.
